First and most importantly, no matter the reason for the said issue, if you transferred funds to the correct payment address/invoice everything is completely fine. You will either receive the credit to your card or a BTC refund of the paid amount will be issued to the address the original amount was transferred from.
- I made a Lightning Network transfer - funds have successfully been paid from my wallet but I don't see anything on my Spendl card, what should I do?
Although unlikely, an invoice payment deadline may expire while your payment is in transit. Contact support, notify us about your missing credit and we will be sure to have those funds on your card right away!
- I made an on-chain transfer - funds have successfully been paid from my wallet but I don't see anything on my Spendl card, what should I do?
Make sure the payment is fully confirmed on the Bitcoin blockchain, if so, contact support with your Transaction ID. It is crucial to make sure you sent the full amount. If the on-chain invoice wasn't paid with the full amount requested the invoice will not be deemed as complete thus the card will not get credited. If in fact under-paying is the case, your BTC will be returned to you via an on-chain transaction to the same address where it was sent from.
- I made an on-chain transfer - funds have successfully been paid from my wallet, I see the funds are confirmed on the blockchain and I want to use the card now.
Unfortunately, we must ensure at least 1 confirmation is valid on the blockchain in order to credit you with your funds. We know it sucks, that's why we recommend trying Lightning.
