No matter the reason for the said issue, if you've sent funds to the correct payment address/invoice everything is completely fine. You will either receive the credit to your card or a BTC refund of the paid amount will be issued to the address the original payment was sent from.

First make sure the payment is fully confirmed on the Bitcoin blockchain, if so contact support with your Transaction ID. It is crucial to make sure you sent the full amount, if the on-chain invoice wasn't paid with the full amount requested the invoice will not be deemed as complete thus the card will not get credited.
